Who we are

Da Sun Global is an exporter and supplier of readymade garments, home textiles and home decor, based in Kolkata, West Bengal 700067, India. For the purposes of Indian data protection law, we are the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through our website, we collect your name, email address and message, and any optional details you choose to add: company, phone or WhatsApp number, country and the product category you are interested in. We also keep the details you share when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, or when you place and manage an order.

Information collected automatically. If you arrive through a link that carries campaign parameters (for example from an advertisement or newsletter), those parameters are kept in your browser's local storage and sent with any enquiry you submit, so we can tell which campaigns bring enquiries. The form also records the page it was sent from. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal data such as financial account details, health information or government identity numbers through the website.
